Our ethos is really simple. We have great ideas, gorgeous creative and engaging training – all to ignite the fire in your people. We specialise in all things employee engagement; leadership and customer experience. After years of frustrations as a corporate Head of Learning and Development, Chris our founder, decided he could provide a better, more engaging consultancy than he’d ever experienced.

Our people are the key to our success. We have a healthy mix of permanent team members and freelancers that allow us to scale-up quickly, without passing that continued cost on to clients. All of our people have one thing in common: they are super talented!
We design, we facilitate, but ultimately they are experts at engaging.
They really know what makes a workplace human.
We had spent a few years during start-up as a ‘remote’ company where everyone worked from home. We reached a pivotal moment in our growth; office space was needed.
We wanted something that reflected everything we stand for; collaborative working, contemporary style and an inspirational environment – exactly what SPACES provides.
The team is an extension of our own people and do a brilliant job, representing us day in, day out.
WHAT CHALLENGES DO YOU ENCOUNTER AS A COMPANY?
As with all businesses there is increased uncertainty in the marketplace for a number of reasons. We must continue building relationships, telling people about our products and services and finding new, innovative ways for our clients to engage their people. There are challenges attached with growth too – recruitment, induction, change of leadership requirement, to name a few. Thank goodness we specialise in all of that – it gives an additional insight into our clients’ challenges and allows us to practice what we promote!

We see learning as a human interaction. We fundamentally believe that the areas we specialise in (leadership, customer experience and employee engagement) are better face to face. We embrace technology within our learning and use the nine intelligences to bring all of our sessions to life.
