Human Workspace is a company that makes work easier for people; they improve productivity in factories and laboratories through ergonomic workspace design – helping the workers and the bottom line. Their USP is their personal service, which enables them to help companies during periods of growth and change.
Although they provided a fantastic, in-demand service and had great testimonials, Human Workspace had let their marketing take a back seat. They needed a new direction that brought their unique offer to the fore across print and digital.
We started by reworking the company’s strapline to reflect the personal service they provide; the new strapline, ‘We Love Your Work’, underlines Human Workspace’s customer-first approach. We set the refined identity into action with a brochure designed to support the activity of the sales team before moving on to a full website redesign aimed at increasing opportunities for online enquiries, hitherto a niche area for Human Workspace.
We designed the website so HW’s technical expertise would be reflected in the aesthetic, allowing the messaging to focus on communicating the company’s USPs. We used the company triptych – ‘Know How | Know Who | No Problem – to provide colour-coded user pathways, making important information easier to access and streamlining the user experience.
First and foremost, a defined identity focused on communicating the company’s core values and customer-first USP, carried over digital and print channels. A website that’s informative and comfortable to use, with clear colour ways enhancing the user journey, increasing the chances of conversion.
Our work resulted in us being chosen as Human Workspace’s marketing partner on an on-going basis, providing strategic oversight and tactical support, including on social media and email.
